We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for large events like weddings and corporate functions. For smaller events, 2-3 weeks is usually sufficient. However, peak season (November-January) can fill up quickly, so earlier is always better.
Absolutely! We work with you to create a bespoke menu that suits your preferences, dietary requirements, and budget. We can accommodate vegetarian, halal, kosher, and other dietary needs.
We primarily serve Komani (Queenstown) and the greater Eastern Cape region, including East London, Mthatha, Cradock, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations further afield.
Yes! Our hiring services (tents, tables, chairs, decor) can be booked independently. Many clients use our hiring services for their own private events while sourcing food separately.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. We recommend event insurance for large bookings.
Yes, we offer full event coordination as part of our VIP and Premium packages. This includes venue liaison, timeline management, vendor coordination, and on-the-day event management.
